Sir;
I am preparing projected balance sheet for three years with the help of CMA data. My production should be start from 1st june'13. i want to know that material consumption & monthly expenses should be calculate for 10 month or 12 month.

It will depend upon the Accounting period followed by your organisation. Accordingly you have to project Balance sheet figure.

Since the production will start on 1st June 2013, obviously the material consumption will start from 1st June 2013 only. so you can consider the material consumption for 10 months only.
Monthly expenses related to production such as variable expenses related to production can be considered only after production start, 10 months only. incase any fixed & admin expenses need to be considered for complete year, because these expenses will be incurred even your production is not there
