23 December 2009 I have to prepare a project feasibility report to set up a Ice-cream factory unit.Approx outlay would be Rs. 20,00,000. Can somebody pls guide me as to where I can get a smple report & other guidelines.I have to draft it for my client. Pls guide me.

23 December 2009 First give brief history of the clients, their standing in the business, qualification etc.

Take into consideration the site where the plant will be situated, the infrastrucutre facilities i.e. supply of water and power regularly etc.

State about proposed customers of the plant.

Prepare projected profit and loss account and balanace sheets of the firm on your proposed operating capacity utilization of the plant

and

also considering that loan required is granted to your client by banks/financial institutions.

Make sure that DSCR and Debt Equity Ratio is acceptable to the bank while making the projected profit and loss account and the balance sheets.
