Professional tax on private limited company in maharashtra

We are registered in Maharashtra.
Whether our company is liable for payment of Professional Tax in Maharashtra?
We are unable to get our new vehicles registered with RTO. They are asking for Professional tax Payment Challans.
Our Taxable profit for FY 12-13 was Rs 25.28 Lakhs
It is applicable only on Individual and not to company.
