19 September 2013 My monthly salary payable is 6000, i was absent for 5 day and my gross salary is 5000 (6000-(6000*5/30).

my Q'n is PT slab rate applicable on 5000 or 6000.

Gross salary(without deducting any thing payable as per contact)
or
Net gross salary(after deducting leave days salary)
