The documents that will be needed for professional tax registration:
ID & address proof of the proprietor/Director/Partner.
Passport size photo.
Each of the proprietor/Director/Partner.
MOA/AOA in case of company.

Professional tax should be registered by company applicable pt should be deducted , salary slab rates varies state to state.
RC should be registered by employer PT deduction responsibility lies on the shoulder of employer not on employees.employer should deduct pt from employee applicable slab same to be remitted to government within due date.
