salary paid to employee in Delhi from mumbai. where shall deducted professional tax be paid mumbai or Delhi?

Where they have shown salary Roll there PT will applicable , if they are having PT Registration in Delhi if Salary Shown in Delhi Muster Roll than PT to be Paid in Delhi. So payment is not criteria .
