05 June 2013 SUPPOSE A PERSON IS DRAWING SALARY OF RS.6500/- P.M AND HE COVERED UNDER THE PROFESSIONAL TAX SLAB OF 45/-. BUT IN NEXT MONTH SAME PERSON RECEIVED SALARY OF RS.5550/- DUE TO ABSENTEEISM.
IS HE STILL COVERED UNDER THE PROFESSIONAL TAX SLAB OF RS.45 OR UNDER THE SLAB OF RS.40 ?
