CA Ramesh is Director in RBG Pvt Ltd. RBG pvt ltd sends msg and mail for MCA filing (for solicitation of work). Whether CA ramesh is guilty of Professional Misconduct??

If it has just forward the MCA message it is not profeesional mis conduct, but if any words written for demanding the work, like we can do fastly, we can do at better price etc, than it is a professional mis conduct
