10 March 2012 We know that if fees charged for other services is more than statutory audit fees , he(auditor) would be guilty of prof.misconduct. But certain services are exempted for this puepose.
Friends, can anybody provide me all such exempted services?

11 March 2012 A CA in practice cannot accept any other work/assignment/service on a remuneration, which exceeds the fees payable for statutory audit of the same undertaking. (Applicable only in respect of statutory audits of public sector undertaking/Govt. Companies/Listed companies/other public companies with turnover of Rs. 50 crores or more in a year for appointments after 1st April, 2002)

31 March 2012 As per professional ethics a CA cannot charge fees on the basis of percentage basis other issues have been clarified by the expert I agree with him
