Can Practising Chartered Accountant become a Director of a Private limited Company?
Can he become an active director of private limited company?

A ca in whole time practice can be director in a company but not executive director.
It can be active director after taking special permission of council of institute
It can be active director after taking special permission of council of institute

One can say that CA can become part time director without the permission of institute.
