Can a CA in practice allow another CA practising Separately to sign financial statements on his behalf?

No. Another Practicing CA can not be allowed to sign on his behalf.

under clause 4 of schedule 1 of ca act 1949 what is the meaning of:- "a resident who but for his residence abroad would be entitled to be registered as a member u/s 4(i)v"'?
