11 September 2013 After passing CA final exam, if anyone are planning to be rendered the services to his family & relative business on the basis of the project base, the consideration how to take care in the books of accounts, can he raise the invoice when he was he has applied for membership number?

To become the Cfo of the private Ltd. Where its authorised capital is less than 1 crore, what are the compliance, a CA is required to fulfill & also CA wants to do practice !

12 September 2013 he can raise the invoice. there is no restriction on the same. As he has already applied for the membership no (and I am assuming also for COP), there should not be any concern. The membership and COP are granted retrospectively from the date of application.

I dont think there is any compliance with regards to appointment of CFO. CS colleagues may comment on this..

A CA cannot practice if he/she is in employment. So both the things cannot be done simultaneously. However, you may render services as a financial consultant. However, precaution be taken to ensure that fee received should not be in nature of profit sharing, success fee or anything contingent on occurrence or non-occurrence of any particular event.
