I want to know the service tax on professional charge like advocate CA etc.
ca can charge service tax in bills if taxable service provided in previous year exceeds 10 lakhs
our company sale the goods local sale and central sale in the feb of the fin. year 2012-13 and they return our goods after 4 months can we take the input credit of both sale. if yes then in which year we shall show these return. please reply
