My relative has closed his Lic agency he was duly paying profession tax in maharashtra. Please any one can guide me procedure about to close profession tax number

It will be done by just filing a letter to the Profession Tax Officer to whom he was paying PT so far. Take an acknowledgement also. If there is an on line facility declare it on line as well.......mjk
