Hi,
I have received from PT Department, a Notice of hearing in form XIII for non registration of PTEC. I have already applied for it, but have not yet received the number.
How shall I reply to this notice?

It seems that you have not applied electronically. If you had then a date would have been generated through system calling for submission of documents and verification. You just go and meet the related PTO and get the matter resolved there is no issue, if you have applied for registration earlier forward the reply accordingly along with acknowledgement of application and if no such proof is there just go and meet him you will get it resolved.
