I wish to know whether the due date for profession tax for 11-12 was been extended to 31st August 2011 or it was 30 June 2011

23 November 2011 Profession Tax Act, 1975
a) The Commissioner of Profession Tax has issued Notification dated 13.7.2011 whereby the due date for payment for profession tax by enrolled persons for the year 2011-12 has been extended from 30th June, 2011 to 31st August, 2011.
b) The Commissioner of Profession Tax has also issued Notification dated 14.7.2011 whereby it is notified that from 1st August,2011, the returns under Profession Tax Act should be filed electronically and the payment should be made in challan Form MTR-6.
