Dear All
Newly formed company want to pay salary to their employees. Company Operation income not yet started. We do not have Profession tax registration done for employees. Can we pay Salary in current month and apply for Registration of PT with Sales Tax and pay liability when registered ?

Would suggest to take registration of PT at the earliest and avoid penal charges for delay. However payment of salary can be made deducting the PT, no restriction on that.
