Please advice me can a customised production incentive scheme be formed in a firm in which monthly incentives will be paid to workers if production exceeds the target production for that particular month. what is the maximum that a firm can provide incentive

Yes, you can frame such type of schemes. There is no specified limit as such, but this should be justifiable as it will be the part of salary and be taxable in the hands of employee.
