Dear experts
We are MFG, a merchant exporter has issued CT-1 and form H to us to procure the excisable goods for export but he has not issued us form ARE-1 plz let me know who will issue the form ARE-1, as per above stated query....

Ask them for ARE-1. Require CT-1 Certificate & ARE-1 from Merchant Exporter.
