SIR, i have filed a Return of a salaried employee having a salary income of 500000 & agricultural income of 100000 im Form - 2A For the A.Y 2015-16 with in the due date of filing ITR. While filing the ITR iI have mistakenly shown the gross salary as basic salary. i have also e-verified the ITR BY ADHAR OTP. Now the status of the return in the income tax e-filing website is showing that the ITR IS Processed. plz guide me what is meant by ITR- Processed.is there any demand to be raised by ITO Iin the fore see able future.

IT means ITR has been processed by CPC. Check what the status is showing further, is it showing any demand or no demand no refund status. You will also get intimation u/s 143(1) in your registered e mail in which you will get complete details.
