Processing charges by banks.

Normally Processing charges for term loans being charged by bank while disbursement at 1% along with upfront fees. But now banks are charging this processing charge at 1% on the outstanding amount on the term loan balances also in the subsequent years. In my view this is wrong. Do you have any RBI circulars to avert such charges? or is it correct that the banks debiting in our Termloan is right with processing charges every year till the repayment of the term loan?
