Processed return can be revised if tds credit not taken

Our client has not taken credit of tds of rs 150000 in a.y 12-13.return is processed for the year.so what to do pls guide??

if the return was filed online, then file rectification online itself to change the tax credit...if it was filed offline, then talk to AO
