Process of sale tax and vat

14 May 2012 Dear Sir , I am working in a manufacturing co as accounts executive from one year and handle exp , sale and purchase but at this time my co asked me to prepare sale tax and vat returns but i dont know how i make it because i have no any knowledge about taxation so pls help me and provide how i handle this process and send me the procedure of this , i will very thankful for you

14 May 2012 You need to work out yourself on vat payable from your books of accounts.

Then go to VAT Website or file the return manually to the dept. as per the VAT rule of your state.
