Dear Sir,
can you please provide me with the steps and procedures thereby I can go for trademark registration?

I had also tried for Trade mark and went to Trade Mark office in Ahmedabad but the officers told that the current work pending is so much that your request will be heard after 2 years.
However you can go to the nearby trade mark office.
Collect form.
Provide KYC documents.
Provide the trade mark in physical form.
If the trade mark your client chose is matched with any other persons trademark doing same activity then you have to go for hearing with the respected authority and prove that your trade mark is eastablished earlier that that of other or others.
You can also view the status of the Registration online.
