Procedure to regularize additional director in agm

Plz. suggest the procedure to regularize additional director in AGM. Also suggest about filing of MBP-1, DIR-2 and DIR-8 in this regards.

1. Pass an ordinary resolution (special business) in the AGM for regularization.
2. Obtain MBP-1, DIR-2 and DIR-8 from the concerned Director.
