Dear Experts, i need full procedures to obtain TIN No. In Gujarat State. All info. Like form, fees, where to submit, any deposit etc.

Hello,
Find out the Commercial Tax Officer having jurisdiction over the address of your registered office. Get the set of Applications for VAT. Fill up the same and enclose the required docs viz address proof, partnership deed(if any), Memorandum and Articles (if any), Rent Agreement (if any), DD in favour of the CTO Concerned for Rs. 500, Passport sized photos and the like. The various enclosures will depend upon the nature of constitution and the nature of occupation of the premises. Submit the above to the CTO concerned. You will receive the certificate thru registerd post. You can get the TIN orally if requird immediately.
