i want to change director & general provision clause in article of assocition. Kindly let me know the procedure to change the same.

Procedure for alteration of article:
1. Convene a board meeting and discuss the agenda
2. fix time & date for general meeting and send notice to shareholders
3. At the GM pass special resolution of shareholders for alteration in the article
4. File form-23 with in 30 days of GM with ROC to register special resolution u/s 192
If there is any doubt plz revert.
