Sir To get more exposure one should go through the secondment procedure. Can u let me know the exact procedure of secondment and the consequences of non compliances thereof. One thing more i would like to know that what kind of formalities are required to be filed by earlier principle and the principle seconded. Please let me know is there any fault of seconded principle if he doesn't ask for compliances of formalities. please help me

Please clerify the word seconded. You are asking for Articleship or job ? If it is for articleship, you have to fill foem 102and taking the sign of privious principal and new principal. and if it is for job you have to make good terms with your previous principal also. Because you are in such a field that any time you can come across with your previous principal. Then you have to keep the terms like that you can talk with him any time.

Thanks durvi for cooperation, Presently i am on job of another CA without complying any formalitiy, but since i am registered with my relative ( Earlier principal). I think there is no problem from his end . My attempt is due on nov 08 and i want to leave in april 08 ( i have joine job in oct 07, so 6 month has lapsed). Can i go without informing the principle seconded. Actually i have requested him about it but he is warning me to spoil my career( As i haven't followed the procedure). So can he go to ICAI on my matter. please HElp. i want to clear CA final in first Go , that's why i am taking leave of 6 month , infect the reason for registration under my relative. one thing more let me clear about ways of secondment.
Please help me durvi , i'm seeking for your kind help.

He cannot do anything. Infact, if he goes to ICAI then ICAI will take action on him for secondment without information. You can take stand that whatever he wants to do he can do with your Principal. But anyway, do not fight. Tell him that professionals like him and future member like you should keep healthy relations. It is afterall all about respecting ourr profession. Good Luck.

Tahnks a lot durvi One more thing can he go to ICAI on the basis of my sign in the muster maintained in his office & on the basis of cheque issued to me from his bank account. Should i ask my relative to issue me minimum amount cheque. please help Again thank for giving me your valuable time, realy u have professional ethicks.

Do not worry. ICAI never objects to good policies. You are not doing wrong at the same time by taking so much stress and trouble. Good Luck.
