1. What is the procedure for TAN Surrender?
2. Is Letter of Authority(LoA) required to be submitted along with a written application?
3. LoA should be for partner of the firm that he is submitting on behalf of firm or the LoA should be for CA who is submitting the required documents? S
4. Should the LoA be on a stamp paper?

The TAN can be cancelled by following procedure:
Go to http://tin.nsdl.com.
Download the form “Form for Changes or Correction in TAN”
Fill up properly and indicate TAN numbers you want to cancel in point 6 of the Form.
