One of my friend is interested in carrying a business of building construction.
Kindly assist me the statutory compliance need to be followed for starting a construction business.
He wants to carry this business individually.

12 December 2012 No specific condition as such except.... start with
01. Shops & Establishment.. liscence
02. Register with Professional Tax.
03. Get VAT registration.
04. Apply for PAN
05. Apply for TAN.. etc.
He/she can also try to become the member of builder's association.. CREDAI
