We are starting the BPO business (MTB,HBT Business ) in India. but our client are in onside. Our transaction will be in US dollar. So I want to know which certificate we want to be required or in which department we should be register our self. Which types of taxes we have applicable.
I want to know what is STPI how its regulate?. Is it applicable to our company.
I want to know in which bank we should open a bank account. Any special formalities we want to be done for currency exchange. Tell me the procedure.
