Procedure for issuance of E1 form

Let me know the procedure for issuance of Form E1 and documents required for getting E1 from the Concern authorities.

The following documents have to be submitted to the department to obtain the E1 forms.
a) Self attested copy of the Invoices
b) LR Receipts having the proof for transfer of document of ownership title of goods.
c) Applicable check post attested forms (Form JJ) for the relevant invoices
d) Details of receipt of goods
e) Form 12 Register with seal of the dealer
f) Seal which has the details of Name, address, TIN Number & CST Number of the dealer
g) Authorisation letter from Powerwave in favor of the person who is about to collect the forms in person
h) Online request acknowledgement form E1 form - (in e-portal of the assessee)
i) Covering letter – placing a request for the obtainment of the said docs enclosing the above docs
