22 March 2014 My husband expired during July, 2011. I have to efile his IT Return for AY 2012-13. I am also an Income tax assessee and I have also to efile my IT Return for AY 2012-13. What is the procedure for efiling of my deceased husband's IT Return ? Whether I can efile on behalf of my husband ? Whether I can efile in ITR 4S ?
