30 August 2013 i like to know the procedure for Vat Registration in Bihar State and what are the document required to obtained this.

30 August 2013 This is done now on-line. Visit the web site :www.biharcommercialtax gov.in. In that click e-registration.Keep filling information as required.Documents to be attached are generally,photos,partnership agreement,if so,rent agreement,bank a/c copy,birth certificate,ID certificate,like aadhar card,ration card etc.Up load these documents also after filling the form. When accepted it will give a reference no. Note that no,take a copy of the form filled and uploaded documents(also original) and go to the concerned VAT office within a short time.Further they will ask you to pay registration fee and security deposit.They inspect your shop and file a report,and an RC will be issued.....mjk
