Please let me know the procedure for converting pvt. Ltd. company to public limited company.

1) First find out on what basis you are converting the pvt ltd to public.
(a) NO of members (b)Deemed Public company (c) It wants to invite public deposits etc.,
2) Pass a resolution in the Board meeting for conversion from pvt to public.
3) Conduct EGM and get the approval of the share holders.
4) File Form No.23 and revised memorandum and articles of association.
5) Surrender old certificate of incorporation receive ammended certificate of incorporation.
