Problems regarding articleship

I have completed 1nd half yrs of my articleship tenure...having problems relating to work and exposure from the beginning...at this point of tym can I take transfer to some other firm?? And can I opt for industrial training without completing 2 yrs of articleship???

you cannot take the transfer except for the reasons provided in regulation 56(1)
further, industrial training cannot be done unless you complete 2 years of articleship and both the groups of IPCC
