Problems during efiling of ROC Forms

20 January 2009 Dear Sir,
I am facing following problem while uploading the Form 23AC in MCA website repeately. Error message says "signature field for practicing professional is unsigned"
Please help me to sort out this issue.

Also i want to know about various dates asked in Form 23AC.
1. Date of board of directors meeting in which balance was approved
2. Date of signing of balance sheet by directors
3. Date of board of directors meeting in which board`s report referred to under Section 217 was approved.
4.Date of signing of boards report
5.Date of signing of reports on the balance sheet by auditors
6.Date of Annual general meeting

21 January 2009 For Signature error, u click on the modify button in the form. doing so, both the digital signatures on the form will be removed.
sign the form again & make sure that ur using adobe reader 7.0.5 version.

1. date on which BM held for approval of a/cs.
2. date on which BS signed by directors.
3. date of BM when D.R. approved.
4. date when D.R is signed.
5. date when A.R. or a/cs signed by auditors

1-5 generally all these five events bear a common date in most of the cos..

6. date on which the AGM is held.

1. Membership no of the Practicing professional
2. Roll Check
3. validity

24 January 2009 In certain cases done by me modifying alone did not solve the problem. Form as such had to be done afresh to solve the issue in such situations.
