Problem related to spice plus e-form

25 August 2020 Dear Sir,
I am incorporating a new company using e-form spice plus. After uploading it at MCA portal there are a message come that one subscriber's PAN is invalid and another subscriber's DSC is not registered with his PAN at MCA portal. I gone through the contents of e-form and found that PAN of first subscriber is as same as it was printed on his PAN card further this PAN number is also verified by MCA portal itself when spice plus web based e-form filled and clicked at tab to verify PAN of subscriber. Another subscriber's PAN is also registered at MCA portal with his same PAN number as it was printed on his PAN card. I gone further to register his DSC again but MCA portal can't take registered and message shown as "this DSC is already registered with the given PAN number". Now, it is beyond my understanding as to how this kinds of error were listed by MCA portal.. so please I request to all of you that please guide me on this issue and enlight my way to incorporate company..for which I remain sincere to you...

26 August 2020 AFTER INSERTING PAN NO OF SUBSCRIBER, VALIDATE THE BUTTON SO AS INCOME TAX PAN IS VALIDATED. AFTER VALIDATION, PRESS SAVE BUTTON, SO THE INFORMATION IS SAVED IN THE EFORM. IF THIS MESSAGE STILL EXIST, I SUGGEST YOU TO AGAIN REGISTER THE DSC AGAIN.

26 August 2020 The Pan of first subscriber is validated properly within e-form spice plus because without validation of PAN of subscriber it can't take save...I registered DSC again but there are message come from portal that this DSC is already registered with the given PAN number...now what can I do next??

26 August 2020 if you again registered the DSC, then check all e-forms where you have mentioned PAN no. there is strong possibility that mistakenly, somewhere pan no is not mentioned correctly

26 August 2020 I have checked at all places where PAN number could have been mentioned. It was as same as it was printed on PAN card of the subscriber... I too shocked as to how this error is coming... Even I am atleast two to three times rewrite the PAN number after erasing it...but still this problem is persisting..... what can I do next??
