Problem regarding certified copies

I haven't recieved my certified copies yet
I have been submitted application
then institute replied me with mail to sumit a declaration form duly filled by me,
and I completed that part also and even I am not recieved any reply from it.since one week elapsed from such process completed
so please kindly advice me in this regard...
