Problem in service tax

27 November 2012 hi sir my name is mahesh and i have a query regarding service tax

rental income chargable under service tax Rs.14,00,000 in the F.Y 08-09 which increases the threshold limit of service tax.
but in the next Year Rental Income Is Rs.7,00,000 and assessee was diad so now i want to know that the same income is chargable under service tax because it is below the threshold limit of service tax.

Please answer this on urgen basis

27 November 2012 Once service tax is attracted to you. In the next year even if it falls below limit you have to pay service tax on the same.
