28 May 2013 I have folder office12 and in xlstart the folder is empty so what do i delete. Plz reply asap

28 May 2013 if folder is empty no, dont delete any other files

are u using any outside excel addins
just unmark all outside addins

28 May 2013 I have tried the vb method by doing alt+f11 but since sheet is protected i cant go to references. Plz help

try those suggestions if you cant able to click on "fix this" button and proceed.

lastly
if you still not able to resolve go to options,addins and there u unmark all if u have installed any outside addins

31 May 2013 if you are in 2010 ms word

go to file

options will be shown at below to help

and go there

and select add-ins in window

and go to manage addin

and unmark any addin which u dont want from active addins

if you are not in msword2010 just search in google " how to manage addins in ms word 2007" will provide you some guidelines

01 June 2013 i can suggest only one way left for you

open excel sheet other than itr(normal new excel sheet)

and go to options and disable macros

and then open ITR it will aks you to enable macros do enable..so that default settings will be taken automatically.

as far options to be ticked is concerned you just un mark which you have downloaded from online like private addins if any

still not resolved contact efiling call centre they may help you inregard
