Problem in downloading tds certificate

i have facing s problem in downloading form 16 form tin-nsdl,when i download the certificate they ask the password when i enter that it could not generated.

Please solve these problem urgently as we are deducter.we have to issue the form to employees.

24 May 2012 the Password for the same is 12 digit TAN registration number which is case sensitive. then use the form 16 PDF generator
