every where my friend went for the articleship they simply ask that by who's reference do u came here..
is the reference is so imp.
and is this also required for the articleships in BIG4

sadly it is the bitter truth... reference is being sought from almost each applicant., although for brilliant students with bright track record reference is not a constraint
