DOES PRIVATE TRUST NEEDS TO FILE I.T.RETURN IN THE TRUSTS NAME IF YES THAN UNDER WHICH SECTION OF THE INCOME TAX ACT AND WHICH ITR FORM OR WHETHER THE RETURN HAS TO BE FILED IN THE NAME OF REPRESENTATIVE TRUSTEE .
