23 August 2012 Hello Everyone,
WE are opening a Private Trust to provide education to poor childs. At nagpur. Please give me the all the details.
Registration process, Expenses, How many members their roles, documentation n all.
Please help.

23 August 2012 1. prepare trust deed. (normally the number is kept ODD, so that TIE/ dead lock situations may not occur.) 2.Get it registered with the Charity Commissioneer. 3. If you wish, you can also register this trust under section 11, 12 of income tax act. This is in addition to 2 above.
