Yes. The company provides telephone to the director to attend for office work when he is away from office. It happens the same phone will be used for personal calls. The company will recover from the director on receipt of the bill. This is generally accpeted principle.

Even if the amount is not recovered from director but in the contract of employment there is provision for use of telephone facility, it also then be correct.
