31 December 2016 How to close company if company has not conducted any operation for 2-3 years and not filed ROC return .

03 January 2017 A Defunct company can be closed by filing Form FTE. However, kindly confirm if FTE procedure is still available or not, because MCA has already come up with new rules for the same, but new form (Form STK-2) is still not available on website.
