Private Company into a Public Company

04 January 2010 Dear sir

we have filed Form-23 to ROC regarding conversion to private into a public company. Now it is approved.Then we are filing Form-1B to central government. But it is showing one error i.e. public company only should file Form-1B.

so please can anyone tell us which form we should file to central govt.?

04 January 2010 Hello,

Form-1B and 61 not required for conversion. Now you have to file form-62 with ROC along with SRN no. of form-23.

Annexure of form 62 are==

1. Signed statement in lieu of prospectus (SLP).

2. Other annexures of SLP like notice of GM, certifies true copy of GM resolution, list of directors, list of shareholders, balance sheet of last 3 years and appointment of statutory auditors documents etc.
