09 October 2012 One of the promoter of a company is a private company. What should be write in the subscriber page i.e. address and name of the subscriber for the private company who will be the shareholder of the newly company

ii) In the column viz., 'address, description and occupation of subscribers' write the address and occupation of Mr. A.
