printing is not a manufacturer as per the judgement of J.G.Glass industries ltd.(1998)(SC)b'coz it does not implies change in the original product or thing.

Printing is kind of works conract.Under VAT laws ,sections pertaining to WCT apply to it.

To put the printing in manufacturing it requires some produce to be developed and to do so you have to first create a design and then that is to be printed and sold
